Cancellation terms
Dear Guests,
Below you will find regulations regarding cancellation policies for your holiday.
At the time of booking, as final confirmation, you will be required to pay a deposit of 30% of the stay.
A credit card withdrawal will be made to guarantee the booking within 3 days of the date of booking or a bank transfer will be requested.
In the event of cancellation within 15 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded; from 14 days until the day before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of no-show, you will be asked to pay for the entire duration of the booked stay.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the remaining or unused nights will be charged.
Tourist tax:
In Trentino, a tourist tax of €2 per adult (> 14 years old) per day, which is used to ensure a range of services in the area that will make your holiday even more enjoyable.
Services included:
- A tasty alpine breakfast wtih locally sourced products with fresh genuine flavours and homemade delicacies;
- Free use of mountain bikes, city bikes, tandems and rickshaws;
- Fully equipped bike garage for minor repairs (tripod, air compressor, bench with vice, spanners etc.);
- Our “alpine lake” pool with relaxing whirlpool (open seasonally, weather permitting);
- Deckchairs and sun loungers available for sunbathing;
- Nordic Walking poles available;
- Free Wi-Fi;
- Spacious car park;
- Guest Card for entering museums, castles, nature parks and travelling freely throughout Trentino on provincial public transport during your holiday;
4-legged pets:
We kindly ask you to notify us in advance of any pets you wish to bring. An additional charge of €10 per day will be made for them. It is also a good idea to bring a basket or blanket for your dog.
Please understand that your four-legged friends are not allowed in the communal areas of the hotel, the swimming pool area or the restaurant.
Arrivals and departures:
The room and all the Hotel services will be at your disposal from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
Please notify us if you intend to arrive after 8pm.
