Terms and conditions Chalet Silenthia

Check-in/out:

The Chalet will be at your disposal from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
To allow better organisation, please notify us of your expected time of arrival and provide us with your mobile phone number.
Booking confirmation: your booking is confirmed and guaranteed only when we receive a bank transfer of 30% of the agreed price, except for the Christmas and New Year periods when the deposit is 100% of the price.
You can make a booking in writing and send it by fax or e-mail.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded; from 29 days until the day before arrival, the deposit will be retained.
In the event of no-show, you will be asked to pay for the entire duration of the booked stay.
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the remaining or unused nights will be charged.

No smoking:

 For safety reasons, it is forbidden to smoke inside the Lodge. We recommend the utmost caution when using fireplaces and stoves.

Pets:

Pets are only allowed upon request. Please bring a basket and a blanket with you for your dog. Please ensure good behaviour and respect for the environment.
